Data Protection Law is Changing

Please act now to enable us to keep sending you newsletters and updates

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 and became law on 25 May 2018. It aims to strengthen and standardise data protection for all individuals within the European Union and gives people more control over how their personal data is used.  The changes affect any fundraising activity including sending out newsletters or updates on how charities are supporting beneficiaries, as well as more specific fundraising requests.
