Our annual meeting for all supporters of Friends of Vellore UK is on Sunday 5 October 2025. This is an opportunity for you to hear more about our projects at CMC Vellore and its associated mission hospitals, as well as providing an opportunity to meet other supporters and CMC Alumni.
The meeting will be held in Coventry to coincide with the end of the CMC UK Alumni reunion. We are at the same venue as last year: the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Coventry, CV2 2ST (just off Junction 2 of the M6).
The timetable for the morning is as follows:
- 10:00am Sunday Chapel Service
- 11:00am Tea/Coffee
- 11:30am FOV Annual Supporters’ Meeting
- 1:00pm Indian Lunch
Those attending on the day are welcome to join us for the service or to arrive in the coffee break in time for the meeting itself. We would love to see many of you there. If you are able to attend, please let complete the form below so we have an idea of numbers. If you are Alumni of CMC Vellore and hope to attend, please instead register with the UK Alumni Association.
