Annual Supporters’ Meeting Booking Form

This form is for supporters of Friends of Vellore UK who aren’t also CMC Alumni. If you are CMC Vellore Alumni, please instead register with the UK Alumni Association.

I/We would like to attend the Annual Supporters’ Meeting and lunch at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, Coventry on Sunday 5th October 2025.

On receipt of this form, we will add your booking to the numbers for the lunch. If you find you are unable to come, we would be grateful if you could let us know at least a week in advance of the meeting. If you don’t attend and haven’t informed us in advance, we will ask you to make a donation of £20 per head to cover the cost of your place.
