Many from all over the world visit Vellore each year for varying amounts of time.  If you would like to visit CMC, you need to email dir.evo@cmcvellore.ac.uk for approval.  Staff in the development office: dev.office@cmcvellore.ac.in can help with organising a programme.  You need to give the dates during which you would like to come, and explain any areas of interest or things you would like to do while at CMC. CMC have produced a guide for volunteers and visitors which can be found here.
